Throughout this time, we’ve collaborated with all types and sizes of festivals, ensuring we cater to every audience. Whether we’re setting up at a cozy 500-capacity event or a massive 45,000-capacity gathering, our team is busy and dedicated from open to close each day.

Whether we find ourselves in our own 8x4 metre Kapow Retro Gaming zone or nestled within one of the festival’s large big tops or marquees, we strive to create an unforgettable experience.

Our offerings go beyond just the games; we boast an impressive collection of over 35,000 games to play across a variety of consoles, computers, arcade machines, and pinball tables. To enhance the atmosphere even further, we incorporate disco lighting, smoke machines, retro decor, table lighting, and much more to truly create an engaging gaming experience like no other.

■ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • The price of our packages varies based on the size of the event and the amount of equipment required.

    Please email for a bespoke quotation.

  • When hiring our own Kapow Retro Gaming Arena, the only thing we require is a suitable power supply and a place to camp.

    If you require Kapow to set up in one of your own structures, you would also need to provide a suitable waterproof arena, power source, place to camp and all tables and chairs.

  • We can open any time required. We normally suggest opening the gaming zone for 8 hours a day.

    We can also operate in all weather types. Our Kapow Retro Gaming Zone can open in winds up to 40mph and is totally waterproof.

  • We have consoles from the past 40 years including SEGA, Nintendo, Playstation and XBOX. We also have multi game arcades and pinballs.
